Adam Winkler, Professor of Law

Adam Winkler is Professor of Law at the University of California Los Angeles. A contributor to the Daily Beast and the Huffington Post, he is a specialist in American constitutional law and one of the leading experts on the constitutional rights of corporations and on the right to bear arms.

His work has been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court in landmark cases and his commentary featured on CNN, NBC, MSNBC, and all of the nation’s leading newspapers.
