Dear Friends,
I am delighted to be participating this year in the international RESULTS conference in Washington D.C. As a board member of RESULTS, I am very proud of the amazing work they do in helping to create the political will to end the worst ravages of hunger and poverty throughout the world.
I will be giving a day-long seminar called The New Activism: Combining Spirit and Action on the first day of the conference. I see our participation in the RESULTS Conference as a next step in our Sister Giant conversation about Americans rising up as a genuine moral force on the planet. The more we learn about the scourge of poverty and how we can make a difference, the more empowered we are in our role as citizens.
I hope you will join me in Washington D.C. for this amazing event. I look forward to introducing you to my wonderful colleagues at RESULTS, and to the magnificent work they are doing to change the world.

Our May Conference Call
